Hi, I’m Adrian
If you are here, you may already know something feels hard. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, shut down, anxious all the time, exhausted from holding it together, or like you have been carrying too much by yourself for too long. Therapy does not fix everything overnight, but the right therapist or provider can help you understand what is happening and make things feel more workable.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are. You do not need to be less anxious, more articulate, less messy, or more “ready” before you start. My job is not to judge you or force you into someone else’s version of healing. My job is to help you make sense of what is happening, understand your patterns, and move toward something that feels more steady, connected, and livable.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where clients can explore their experiences and options openly—without fear, shame, or judgment. Together, we work to identify what feels stuck, uncover personal strengths, and design a life that is intentionally chosen and deeply aligned with your values.
I draw from skills-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in addressing specific challenges. At the same time, many of my sessions are guided by open-ended conversations or play therapy, allowing creativity, self-discovery, and meaningful insights to emerge naturally.
