Therapy groups in Utah

Sometimes the most helpful support comes from being in a room with people who understand parts of what you are going through. Groups can offer space to learn new skills, hear different perspectives, practice what you are working on, and feel less alone in the process.

At Purple Sky Counseling, our therapy groups and workshops are led by clinicians and built around shared goals, experiences, or areas of growth. Depending on the group, you may be working on emotional regulation, relationships, grief, coping skills, or another specific concern. Each group is structured a little differently, but the goal is the same: to create a supportive space where you can learn, connect, and make meaningful progress.

When support feels easier with other people in the room

Groups can be a helpful option when you want practical tools, shared perspective, and the chance to learn alongside people navigating similar things. Some groups focus more on skill building, while others create space for support, reflection, and connection.

  • Better communication and relationship skills
