Meet Adrienne

Hi, I’m Adrienne, a social worker and therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families feel more grounded, capable, and connected through life’s most overwhelming moments.

I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and family conflict. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or coping with long-standing emotional pain, I offer a calm and supportive space to unpack what’s weighing on you and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

I have a special interest in supporting young children and older adults — two stages of life where identity, relationships, and emotional needs often shift in profound ways. I also bring experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence and substance use, and I approach this work with compassion, curiosity, and care.

In therapy, I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, so sessions feel responsive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. My style is warm, relational, and focused on helping clients feel truly seen and supported while building tools for meaningful and lasting change.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy staying active through running and working out, relaxing with a good book or show, and spending time with my fiancé and close friends.

I believe healing happens through connection, and I’m here to help you feel less alone, more understood, and more equipped to navigate whatever life brings your way.
