Meet Adrienne

Hi, I’m Adrienne — a Master of Social Work student at the University of Utah with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families feel more grounded, capable, and connected through life’s most overwhelming moments.

I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and family conflict. Whether you're navigating a major transition, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or coping with long-standing emotional pain, I offer a calm and supportive space to unpack what’s weighing on you and move forward with greater clarity and strength.

I have a special interest in supporting young children and older adults—two life stages where identity, relationships, and emotions often shift in profound ways. I also bring experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence and substance use, and I approach this work with deep compassion and care.

In therapy, I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—so that sessions are responsive, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel seen and supported while building tools for real change.

Outside the therapy room, I love staying active by running and working out, curling up with a good book or show, and spending time with my fiancé and close friends.

I believe healing happens in relationships—and I’m here to help you feel less alone, more understood, and more equipped to handle what life brings.
