“It is dangerous to know, but it is more dangerous not to know.” -Rollo May

Hi, I’m Adrian Brazell, ACMHC. I’m passionate about helping clients discover ways of being that bring greater harmony, authenticity, and meaning to their lives. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, and interpersonal challenges.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where clients can explore their experiences and options openly—without fear, shame, or judgment. Together, we work to identify what feels stuck, uncover personal strengths, and design a life that is intentionally chosen and deeply aligned with your values.

I draw from skills-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in addressing specific challenges. At the same time, many of my sessions are guided by open-ended conversations or play therapy, allowing creativity, self-discovery, and meaningful insights to emerge naturally.

A little more about me:
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University in 2025. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy adventuring in nature, pottery and sculpting, reading, watching YouTube, and spending quality time with my partner, friends, family, and my dog.
