Hi, my name is Rosy Luque. I’ve worked in customer communications for nearly a decade and have been part of the Resolutions team since 2021. With almost five years in the office, I support a wide range of administrative needs, including intake and scheduling, provider credentialing, and helping clients understand insurance and billing.

I’m often the first voice people hear when they reach out, and I care deeply about making that first step feel easy, safe, and welcoming. What I love most about my role is helping people feel supported from the very beginning of their journey at Resolutions. Creating a warm, caring experience for every client is what drew me here—and it’s what continues to guide my work every day.

When I’m not helping create positive client experiences, you’ll usually find me spending time with family or singing my heart out at karaoke.
