Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of connection, meaning, and joy in our lives—and also one of the greatest sources of confusion, hurt, and self-doubt. Whether you're struggling in a relationship, navigating ADHD, processing past experiences, exploring intimacy concerns, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.

I work with adults and couples navigating relationship concerns, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, intimacy and sexual wellness, life transitions, and family dynamics. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person already possesses strengths that can support healing and growth. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in your life, but also the underlying patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I take a whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing the connection between emotional wellbeing, relationships, life experiences, and the systems that influence us. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

I am especially passionate about helping individuals and couples strengthen relationships, navigate conflict, improve communication, and create deeper connection. I also have experience supporting clients facing anxiety, trauma, stress, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. I believe therapy isn't about becoming someone different—it's about understanding yourself more fully so you can make intentional choices that align with your values, goals, and relationships.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. My clinical work is informed by evidence-based practices, ongoing learning, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling and sailing whenever I have the opportunity. These experiences help me stay connected to curiosity, balance, and the value of exploration—both within ourselves and in the world around us.

I take the work we do together seriously and value the trust clients place in me. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and build more meaningful connections with the people who matter most.
