Get Started
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, awkward, or overwhelming. You do not need to have the right words before reaching out. You can contact us with a question, a short version of what is going on, or just enough for us to help you figure out the next step.
Our team will do our best to answer questions, help with therapist matching, and explain what the intake process looks like. We offer in-person sessions at multiple Utah offices and virtual care across the state.

What to expect
When you reach out, we may ask what kind of support you are looking for, whether you want in-person or virtual care, and whether you want to use insurance or self pay. We may also ask about location preference, availability, and whether you are looking for therapy, medication support, groups, or trauma-focused care.
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. A short message like “I think I need help and I am not sure where to start” is enough.
