Meet Nick
Hi, I’m Nick! I love working with adolescents and adults who are navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is getting to know each person’s story; everyone’s journey is different, and I believe taking the time to really listen helps build trust and leads to the best care possible.
When we work together, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and part of the decision-making process. I’ll never move forward with a treatment plan unless you feel fully informed and confident about it. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and inclusive. I want this to feel like a safe space where you can be your authentic self. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and neuro-affirming.
Before completing my PA training at Utah Valley University (Class of 2024) and starting to specialize in psychiatry, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah. I spent four years as a medical assistant in orthopedics, where I saw firsthand how powerful, compassionate, evidence-based health care can be and how vital mental health is in overall well-being. Those experiences shaped the way I practice today: trauma-informed, inclusive, and always focused on what’s best for the human in front of me.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my wife and our four golden retrievers (yes, four!). I’m a huge sports fan! Cheering on the Utah Utes, Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Braves, and Utah Mammoth as well as relaxing on the golf course or exploring Utah’s beautiful outdoors are my favorite things.
If you’re looking for a provider who will listen without judgment, walk alongside you, and make sure you feel understood and empowered, I’d love to work with you.
