Meet the Team at Purple Sky Counseling
Finding the right person to talk to matters. You may be looking for a therapist who understands trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, religious trauma, relationships, parenting, or identity. You may also be interested in meeting with a medication provider to talk about ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other concerns.
Purple Sky Counseling is home to a team of therapists, a psychiatric provider, and support staff who work together to care for clients across Utah. This page gives you an overview of who we are so you can get a sense of the team before you explore individual profiles.
How our team works
Purple Sky is a group practice that offers both therapy and medication management under one roof. Our team includes:
Therapists who offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy
Clinicians who specialize in trauma, EMDR, religious trauma, high demand religion, and faith transitions
Therapists who focus on anxiety, OCD, depression, and relationship concerns
Neurodivergent affirming clinicians who work with ADHD, autism, and overlapping concerns
Child and teen therapists, play therapists, and family focused clinicians
A psychiatric provider who offers medication management for appropriate clients
We work together to match you with the right provider and to coordinate care when therapy, medication support, or multiple services are involved.
What you can expect from Purple Sky providers
Every provider is different, but clients can expect core similarities in how care is approached. As a team, we aim to be:
Trauma informed
We recognize how past experiences can show up in the nervous system, relationships, and current life.
Affirming
We offer neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care that is grounded in respect and curiosity.
Collaborative
We work with you rather than telling you who you should be.
Context-aware
We consider the real-life dynamics that shape care, including faith, community, identity, and family systems.
Always learning
We stay committed to ongoing supervision, consultation, training, and specialization.
