Meet Jane

I value connecting with clients and building meaningful working relationships. I love to laugh and make therapy enjoyable. I strive to be the kind of therapist clients look forward to seeing each appointment.

Throughout my career I have helped clients navigate a myriad of challenges and life transitions including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, life transitions, and coping with family members with complex medical and/or mental health conditions. I work with clients of all ages as well as individuals, couples and families.

I graduated from Utah State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I value utilizing evidence-based-practices and am continually working to learn more. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and am working on becoming certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

Coming to therapy can be daunting, especially for the first time. I work hard to make sure my clients feel heard and are not wasting their time. After assessing clients’ needs, I work with them to create a specific plan and I maintain transparency throughout the process.I want to work as a team to make therapy effective and fulfilling.

Meet Rosalie

Rosalie is not accepting new clients at time.

You are not alone. You're not a mistake, and you're not a problem to be solved. You're a unique and valuable individual, and you deserve to be happy and healthy. I'm a Filipino-American engineer-turned-psychotherapist who has worked extensively with diverse groups of people. I've seen firsthand how trauma, depression, anxiety, and other challenges can impact our lives. But I've also seen how healing is possible.

I specialize in trauma and professional clinical counseling and have worked extensively with teens and adults. I received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, I hold certification as a 500-Clinical Yoga Practitioner and am EMDR Trained. I love working with individuals who feel stuck while experiencing challenges related to past trauma, relationships, profession, gender, sexual identity, racial identity, and/or life transitions. My work draws from trauma-informed practices, somatic interventions, and Narrative Therapy.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, especially my son and my two rescue dogs, travel, practice yoga, hike and ski.
