Meet Megan O

Hi, I’m Megan! I work with kids, families with medical complexities, and women navigating anxiety, depression, faith transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of domestic violence. I especially love working with kids who feel like they don’t fit the mold, who struggle to understand themselves or how they fit into the world, and with females who feel stuck, overextended, or in a cycle of self-sacrifice. Together, we explore ways to break patterns, set boundaries, and prioritize self-care.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices like DBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Play-Based Therapy. I bring extensive experience in assessing risk and supporting survivors of domestic violence, as well as a background in education, advocacy, and creating individualized plans that empower my clients to thrive.

I earned my MSW from the University of Michigan, where I also completed a trauma certificate. Outside of work, I find peace being outdoors, laughing with and snuggling my kids, taking night walks with my dog, adventuring with friends, watching cringey TV, and diving into a new book.

I look forward to meeting you!
