Available Online Across Utah
Hi, I’m Amberlee
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Sometimes the most important thing is finally having a space where someone is paying attention, to what you're carrying, how long you've been carrying it, what it's doing to your body and your sleep and the people you love.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families, across a wide range of concerns: trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, substance use, and the emotional weight that builds when life asks too much for too long. I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and those in faith transitions.
Because I see clients online only, I can work with people across Utah wherever they are. That might mean a busy schedule, a rural area with limited options, or simply a preference for the comfort of home. One thing I've found: people usually already know parts of the answer. My job is to help you find it and trust it.

I use an eclectic approach built around what the person in front of me actually needs. That might mean EMDR for trauma processing, DBT for emotional regulation, CBT for thought patterns, or solution-focused work when someone needs practical traction. I also bring in experiential and expressive approaches when talking isn't moving things.
I follow the client, not the protocol. There is no required severity level for therapy to be useful, and I've done meaningful work across a wide range of presentations.
