Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, or major life changes. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with burnout, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to find your footing, I believe you deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
I am passionate about working with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, identity development, and resilience-building. I have a special passion for supporting veterans, active-duty military members, military families, first responders, helping professionals, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
My background as a military veteran, former law enforcement officer, military spouse, and current U.S. Army civilian employee has given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges that can come with service, high-stress careers, career transitions, deployment and reintegration, and balancing life's many demands. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping others navigate adversity while reconnecting with their strengths and sense of purpose.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, self-understanding, and building on the strengths you already possess.
My goal is to create a welcoming, affirming environment where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and move toward the life you want to live.
