Hi, I’m Ashlee
Maybe you and your partner keep having the same fight in different clothes, and lately you feel more like roommates than the people who once chose each other. Or maybe you're a woman carrying trauma you've never had the space to set down, including the kind that grew out of the faith you were raised in. Either way, you don't have to keep white-knuckling it on your own.
I work with couples, families, women, and young adults (teens 16 and up and adults) navigating relationship distress and disconnection, complex trauma and C-PTSD, religious trauma and faith-related wounds, attachment patterns and family dynamics, and the anxiety women so often carry quietly.
I want our work to feel warm, structured, and real. I'll help you slow down the patterns enough to understand them, then build something steadier in their place. I love helping people who've started to lose hope in a relationship, or in themselves, find their way back.

With couples, I draw on the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imago to help you communicate and reconnect. With individuals, I use EMDR, TF-CBT, attachment-focused and parts-based work, and a systems lens. My style is warm and structured, so sessions feel both supportive and purposeful.
As an AAMFT-approved supervisor, I also support other therapists growing in this work.
