Meet Cameron

Hi, I’m Cameron DuHadway, CMHCi. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah State University and am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in a residential program supporting adults and emerging adults through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives—navigating trauma, mood disorders, substance use, and identity transitions.

My passion is working with clients who have often felt misunderstood, unseen, or out of place in the world—especially those navigating neurodivergence (particularly autism), complex trauma, mood disorders, religious or cultural transitions, and LGBTQ+ identity development. Many of my clients come from difficult family systems, have experienced disrupted attachment, and carry deep emotional wounds. I believe therapy should be a space where you’re not “fixed,” but deeply understood, gently challenged, and supported as you reclaim your voice, boundaries, and sense of self.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I’m training toward EMDR to further support trauma processing. I’m also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Applied Behavior Analysis, which informs my work with autistic clients in a strengths-based, affirming way. Whether we’re unpacking years of survival patterns or navigating the messy process of self-discovery, I strive to bring compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me somewhere outdoors—hiking, backpacking, or cross-country skiing—or enjoying good company over a board game. I’m an avid reader who loves fantasy, sci-fi, and books that expand my understanding of the world. I’m also a lifelong Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast and a bit of a nerd when it comes to robots, science, animals, and all things fantastical.
