Hi, I’m Danielle
You came into this relationship wanting connection. Somewhere along the way it got replaced by distance, conflict, or a pattern you can't seem to break no matter how many times you've had the same conversation. What started as "we just need to communicate better" turns out to be deeper than that. It usually is.
I work with women, couples, and families around the emotional bonds underneath the surface conflict: attachment patterns, cycles that repeat because both people are hurting and neither knows how to reach the other, and the grief of feeling disconnected from someone you love.
I see clients exclusively online, which lets me work with people across Utah who might not otherwise have access to this kind of specialized work.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is the foundation of my couples and family work. EFT is built on the idea that conflict in relationships is usually about attachment: the fear of not mattering, not being seen, not being safe with the person you love most. When you can slow down the cycle and see what's underneath, something shifts. I've trained extensively in EFT, including Core Skills, an EFT Externship, and Building a Lasting Connection certification.
I also use EMDR and Lifespan Integration for individual trauma processing, and I draw on polyvagal theory to understand nervous system states in relationships. CBT and IFS add breadth where needed.

Danielle is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Her work is supervised by Ashlee Eixenberger, LMFT. Supervised care means a licensed clinician is actively involved in your treatment from the start. Associates here meet weekly with their individual supervisor, join biweekly group supervision, and take part in monthly consultation groups covering specialties like DBT, EMDR, and complex trauma, plus a monthly deep dive training built to sharpen skills and deepen expertise.
