Meet Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle — a Marriage and Family Therapist studying at Utah Valley University with a deep passion for helping people create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, communication struggles, and complex family systems — including co-parenting, stepfamilies, and re-partnered relationships.

I specialize in supporting clients who are exploring self-identity, recovering from trauma, or working through relationship challenges. Whether you’re an adult figuring out who you are, a teen managing pressure and change, or a couple trying to reconnect, I offer a space where you can feel heard, empowered, and gently challenged in ways that support real growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based models such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Therapy with me is always tailored to your needs — whether that means building emotional resilience, navigating family dynamics, or developing more effective tools for everyday life.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an early childhood educator and stepmom — experiences that continue to shape my work today. I bring insight and compassion to my work with parent-child relationships, blended families, and individuals seeking secure, fulfilling connections.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me playing indoor soccer, cheering on my stepkids at their games, crocheting, or listening to true crime podcasts with my two goldendoodles and two very opinionated orange tabby cats.

No matter how complicated things feel right now, therapy can be a place to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
