Hi, I’m Jeff
At some point, most people hit a question that therapy was actually designed for: what am I doing with my life, does any of it mean anything, how do I keep going after a loss like this. These aren't problems to be solved. They're experiences to be lived through, and having someone sit with you through them changes what that's like.
I work with adults navigating grief, anxiety, and depression, as well as the bigger existential questions about meaning, purpose, and what to do when the life you planned doesn't match the life you're living. I'm drawn to the work that goes underneath the symptoms to ask what they're pointing at.
I'm affirming of LGBTQIA+ clients and welcome those in faith transitions. I find it meaningful, not morbid, to sit with someone in the hard questions.

EMDR helps process what's stuck in the nervous system. Narrative therapy helps build a story you can actually live in. Grief-specific approaches and existential frameworks shape how I hold the bigger questions people bring.
I also draw on parts work, CBT, IFS, DBT, ACT, and Gottman depending on what someone needs.
