I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in complex trauma, EMDR therapy, attachment wounds, anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, and life transitions. I work with young and mature adults who may look capable and successful on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or unable to fully experience the life they want for themselves.
Many of my clients come to therapy during major transitions such as adjusting to parenting, navigating divorce or grief, healing from childhood trauma, recovering from burnout, or trying to understand why certain emotional patterns keep repeating in relationships. Together, we explore how unresolved developmental trauma and nervous system responses may still be impacting self-esteem, emotional regulation, intimacy, and daily life.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based trauma therapy. I integrate NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and EMDR therapy to help clients heal from complex PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment trauma, and relational wounds. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms. It’s about helping people reconnect with themselves, feel safer in relationships, and create lasting emotional change.
I especially enjoy working with adults who are highly self-aware yet still find themselves struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty trusting themselves and others. Therapy can help uncover the deeper roots of these patterns while building greater resilience, confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned my MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, which gives me insight into the pressure many high-achieving individuals experience balancing career, relationships, family, and personal wellbeing. My style is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and understood.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, and adventure; experiences that help me stay connected to movement, curiosity, healing, and balance in my own life.
