Hi, I'm Leslie
People often come to therapy because something happened. Something that left a mark, or a series of things that accumulated without anyone recognizing them as trauma at the time. And then there are the seasons of life where things didn't go the way you hoped, and you find yourself needing to rebuild who you are after a version of your life ends.
I work with teens and adults navigating complex trauma, major life transitions, and the ongoing work of building a life that feels authentic. I'm a Master NARM Therapist, the highest level of NARM training available, and this depth approach to healing is at the center of what I do.
I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating faith transitions. I believe deeply in the capacity for change, even in people who have been carrying the weight of their history for a very long time.

NARM, the NeuroAffective Relational Model, addresses the relational and developmental roots of trauma: the ways early experience shaped the nervous system, identity, and capacity for connection. It is slow, deep work, and it tends to produce changes that other approaches haven't reached.
I layer in EMDR for trauma processing, CBT and DBT for skills and structure, parts work for internal dynamics, and ACT for values and committed action.
