Hi, I’m Lucy
Anxiety isn't just a thought pattern. It lives in the body, in the tension you wake up with, the vigilance you can't turn off, the way your nervous system has learned to scan for threat even when there isn't one. Treating anxiety at the thought level helps some people. Treating it where it actually lives tends to help more.
I work with adult women, particularly women in their late twenties and beyond, navigating anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, faith transitions, and phase-of-life challenges that don't always have a name but take up a lot of space. I'm especially interested in the connection between chronic pain, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation.
I hold LGBTQIA+ identities with genuine care.

I work from the body out. Pain Reprocessing Therapy helps people understand and shift the nervous system patterns underlying chronic pain and anxiety. Somatic approaches and polyvagal theory add depth. EMDR processes what's stuck.
CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT add breadth where needed. I've sought out specialized training at the intersection of the nervous system, chronic pain, and anxiety because I find that intersection genuinely important.
