Hi, I'm Morgan
Not feeling like you're enough is one of the most common things people bring to therapy and one of the quietest. It shows up in how you talk about yourself, who you let close, what you apply for, how you respond when someone compliments you. When self-worth is low, it shapes almost everything, and changing it is real, possible work.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem and people pleasing, ADHD, parenting challenges, and the complexity of major life transitions. I also work with BIPOC clients with intentionality and care, and I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming.
If you're someone who has spent a long time being strong for other people, you've come to a place where you get to be the one who's tended to.

EMDR is my primary trauma processing tool, and I'm currently working toward EMDR certification. I layer in CBT, DBT, parts work, IFS, and play therapy depending on who I'm working with and what the moment calls for.
For clients also navigating ADHD, I try to take the whole person into account rather than treating the diagnosis separately from everything else. I genuinely enjoy this work, and I think it shows. I also provide neuroaffirming ADHD and Autism assessments for adults.
