Hi, I’m Nicole

If you've spent your whole life being told you're “too much,” “too sensitive,” or just plain “weird,” you already know how exhausting it is to keep translating yourself for people who were never going to get it. You don't have to keep doing that here.

I love working with neurodivergent people of all ages, and I also work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families on trauma, parenting challenges, and the emotional complexity that comes with raising or being a neurodivergent kid. So much of what one person is experiencing makes more sense in context, which is why I like working with the whole family system when that's possible.

I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and those in faith transitions.

Nicole is a Certified Social Worker working toward full licensure. Her work is supervised by Maggie Milligan, LCSW. Supervised care means a licensed clinician is actively involved in your treatment from the start. Associates here meet weekly with their individual supervisor, join biweekly group supervision, and take part in monthly consultation groups covering specialties like DBT, EMDR, and complex trauma, plus a monthly deep dive training built to sharpen skills and deepen expertise.
