Hi, I’m Thomas
Trauma doesn't look the same in every person. In a child who can't yet explain what happened, it comes through in play. In a teenager, in emotional shutdown or impulsive behavior. In an adult, in the body or in patterns that were once protective and now just cause problems. I want to be able to meet all of those versions.
I work with children, teens, and adults on trauma, including people who are non-verbal or who haven't found the right fit before. I'm particularly experienced in working with people whose communication doesn't follow the standard talk-therapy model, and I find this work genuinely engaging.
I'm affirming of LGBTQIA+ clients, trans and gender non-conforming individuals, and those in faith transitions.

EMDR is my primary trauma processing tool, and I'm currently working toward EMDR certification. TF-CBT structures trauma work with children and teens. Play therapy opens access to material that isn't available through language. Neurofeedback supports nervous system regulation.
Parts work and ACT add depth. I'm integrating Compassion Focused Therapy for the self-criticism and shame that often underlie trauma presentations. I also provide neuroaffirming ADHD and Autism assessments for adults.
