Purple Sky Counseling Announces Merger with Resolutions Utah, Expanding Mental Health and Medication Services
MURRAY, UT — January 1, 2025 — Purple Sky Counseling is pleased to announce the official acquisition and merger of Resolutions Utah, effective January 1, 2025. This transition unites two dedicated teams under the Purple Sky Counseling brand, creating a more comprehensive resource for mental health and wellness in the community.
The merger ensures that clients of Resolutions Utah will continue to receive the high-quality, compassionate care they have come to expect, now backed by the expanded administrative and clinical resources of Purple Sky Counseling.
Expanded Services: Medication Management A key highlight of this merger is the immediate expansion of services at the former Resolutions Utah office. Under the leadership of Megan Manning, Head of Medication Management at Purple Sky, the practice will now offer on-site medication management at this location. Nick Eixenberger, PA-C, will be the dedicated provider in-office, bridging the gap between therapy and medical support.
